MATE: The Digital Workforce’s Home
Delv has just launched its automation platform, MATE (Managed Automated Task Environment). The platform is designed to enable organisations to rapidly implement intelligent automation solutions. Available on an Australian cloud or on-premises, this solution is highly scalable, adaptive and flexible to meet any businesses automation needs.
Delv’s MATE platform is hassle-free and non-invasive, “Our customers will love MATE because we take care of all the stress involved in standing up an automated environment. We have taken care of infrastructure set up, support, security, allowing a high ability to scale and reducing time to deploy from weeks to a few hours.”, said Delv’s Automation and Data Practice Lead, Josephine Calabria.
The platform comes with full local support, end-to-end, “Delv manages, maintains, and backs up your MATE instance, and provides you with phone support from our Australian support centre”, Grant Patterson, Delv’s Senior RPA and Data Specialist.
The platform is market-first, “MATE is unique. There are many platforms out there for automation; however, they are for specific use cases. MATE allows organisations to have their own platform for automation”, said Josephine Calabria. “It will fill a gap in the market that will be huge for next year”, she continued.
Delv’s Chief Digital Officer, Barrett Munce, refers to MATE as “a platform that serves as a home and place of work for digital employees that will help accelerate hyper-automation for every business and government organisation”.
The platform will be an enabler for businesses dealing with technology hurdles in this unprecedented era, “We are very excited to launch our MATE platform just as organisations grapple with budget restrictions and pressure to reduce the cost to serve “, said Masseh Haidary, Delv’s CEO. “Organisations often struggle with new technology coming into the market, and they are always looking for ways to bring it in. That is why we have created this environment, which will enable our customers to get started immediately. All they need to do is identify what processes they need to automate”, said Josephine Calabria.
Delv has established a development roadmap to continually enhance MATE and will be releasing micro products throughout 2021 to help enable businesses to easily plug and play pre-built digital employees and automation capabilities within their organisation.
